1. Returns & Exchanges

Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Due to the delicate nature of herbal materials (e.g., drilled herbs, resin-coated components), any signs of tampering, breakage, or exposure to moisture will void eligibility.

Non-Refundable Items:

Earrings for pierced ears (due to hygiene reasons).

2. How to Initiate a Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We recommend using tracked shipping.

3. Refunds

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a full refund.

Our jewelry incorporates natural Chinese medicinal herbs, which may have subtle variations in color, texture, or size. These characteristics are inherent to organic materials and do not qualify as defects.
