2. Will the herbs fade or deteriorate over time?
Our materials are treated to minimize fading, but natural variations may occur due to light exposure or humidity. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place when not in use to preserve its quality.
3. Can I shower or swim with my herbal jewelry?
No. Water exposure may weaken adhesives, discolor herbs, or damage delicate components. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
4. What if I’m allergic to certain herbs?
Check the product description for material details. If you have allergies, consult the ingredient list before purchasing. We’re not liable for allergic reactions caused by improper use.
5. How do I clean my herbal jewelry?
Gently wipe with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid liquids or abrasive cleaners. For resin-coated pieces, a slightly damp cloth may be used, but dry immediately.
6. Why are pierced earrings non-refundable?
Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on earrings for pierced ears unless they arrive damaged or defective.
7. Do you offer repairs?
Currently, we don’t provide repair services due to the delicate nature of herbal materials. Handle your jewelry with care to avoid breakage.
8. Can I request a custom design?

9. How long does shipping take?
Processing time is 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Track your order via the link in your confirmation email.
10. What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once shipped, tracking information is provided. We’re not responsible for lost/stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Contact your local carrier for assistance.
11. Can I cancel or modify my order?
